Our LED modules offer provides long-term and cost efficient solutions, which are widely used in the field of illuminating signs.
Modules are applicable to advertising, coffering, indoors decor, display stands, vehicles etc.
Some LED modules we offer are formed in the process of injection moulding and delivered in a hermetic IP65-class case, which means they can be used both indoors and outdoors. Creating a module through a single injection eliminates the problem of uneven sealing. Accordingly, modules are characterized by high humidity, chemical and shock resistance.
Our offer also includes the IP67 and IP 68-class modules.
The modules are fitted with an aluminium PCB that ensures optimal heat dissipation, which significantly enhances stability and extends the lifetime.
Fixing a LED module to a surface is possible thanks to a double-sided adhesive tape (for 3W modules, the tape conducts heat), which is found on the back side of a module. Permanent fixing is possible thanks to fastening screws. Thanks to the use of flexible wires between the modules it is possible to illuminate any irregular surface.
The offer includes:
- modules with current stabilization that are characterized by high lighting steadiness regardless of power supply voltage fluctuation, which results in a steady brightness of the entire chain.
- modules with lenses, with lighting angle of 160˚, generating a homogenous luminous flux of wide range, which makes it possible to reduce the number of modules;
- 38˚-angle modules for spotlighting
- 3-Watt modules based on high-efficiency Cree XP-E diodes characterized by a very long lifetime as well as steady colour and brightness; they come as a chain of 3 units and need to be fixed to a heat conductor, such as aluminium or steel
- modules using SMD3014 diodes, one of the smallest modules available; perfect for illuminating very small letters.
We offer the following modules:
0.24W, 0.3W, 0.36, 0.48W, 0.6W, 72W, 0.9W, 0.96W, 1.4W, 1.44W, 1.5W, 1.68W 2W, 3.0W, mostly powered by 12V DC voltage (one of the round LED modules is powered by 5V DC current, whereas linear modules are supplied with 230V AC current), available with the following light colour: warm white, pure white, cold white, blue, green, red, and RGB).
The lifetime of our modules is 50,000 hours, and the warranty runs for 3 years for the 0.3W and 0.72W modules and 5 years for the 1.44W and 3W modules (detailed warranty info can be obtained from our website).
The maximum number of serially connected modules is 40 — for 0.72W, 0.96W, 1.44W, 1.5W, and 2.0W modules
