78M12ACDT is a three-terminal regulator available in the DPAK package together with several constant output voltages, thanks to which it has many applications. The controller eliminates distribution problems associated with a single one-point control. The product uses internal current limitation, thermal shutdown and Safearea protection, making it much durable. If adequate heat absorption is provided, it can produce an output current of more than 0.5 A. This device has been primarily designed as a voltage stabilizer, but can also be used with external components to obtain regulated voltages and currents.
