Shipment of the order
Products ordered in the online shop are shipped to the client according to the placed and confirmed orders, along with regard to the payment conditions specified in the Terms and conditions.
Delivery
Products ordered in the online shop are shipped to the client by TNT courier shipment.
Pick-up
Pick-up of the goods is possible only through shipping companies. Personal pick-up is not possible until further notice!
Delivery cost
Delivery cost is not included in the price of ordered goods.
Attention!
- If the price of the order does not exceed 8 EUR net, we charge an additional 2,4 EUR net.
- If the price of the order ranges from 8 EUR to 20 EUR net, we charge an additional 1,4 EUR net.
- We add only delivery costs to the orders exceeding 20 EUR net.
Information about delivery cost is also available during placing the order in the online shop.
Delivery time
By delivery time, we mean the period from assigning the package to be shipped by our online shop, to the moment of receiving the package by the purchaser. Therefore the delivery time is not the same as the order processing time.
