AOZ1280CI is a high-efficiency, non-synchronous buck (step-down) regulator designed for voltage conversion in various electronic applications. With a high switching frequency of 1.5 MHz, it enables the use of smaller inductors, resulting in a compact circuit design. Built-in features include soft start, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation under different conditions.
