ATSAMR34J18B-I/7JX microcontroller from Microchip

Micros offer has been extended with the ATSAMR34J18B-I / 7JX microcontroller from the Microchip company.

SAM R34 is a group of microcontrollers with very low power, which is connected to the communication interface of the UHF transceiver. It has a 32-bit ARM Cortex -M0+ processor and offers up to 256kB Flash memory + 40kB SRAM, while using SRAM with a backup battery. UHF transceiver supports LoRa and FSK modulation.

LoRa technology is a distributed spectrum protocol optimized for low bitrate and very long range signaling. It is ideal for remote sensors and battery operated controls.
