Geehy microcontroller – legal replacement for the brand STM32!
Geehy Semiconductor constantly expands their 32-bit APM32F microcontrollers portfolio, which can succesfully replace hard to find at the moment STM32F microcontrollers. In the beginning of 2022, the APM32F407 series was added to the offer, which is an equivalent to the ST „Foundation line” STM32F407 products.
The pandemic had a strong impact on the electronic components industry, especially on the integrated circuits and above all, microcontrollers. Micros constantly continues its efforts to gain new integrated circuits manufacturers. Our goal is a long-term cooperation with those manufacturers, in order to let them become a constant and stable supply source in the near future. Empty distrubutors storages, very high prices of available products and prolonged lead time – those kind of situations might not be as painful as they are now.
Because of that, we estabilished a cooperation with the GEEHY SEMICONDUCTOR company. It was established in 2019 and it is a part of NINESTAR CORPORATION, one of the five biggest manufacturers of laser printers (Lexmark and Pantum), listed on the 500 biggest industries in China chart.
GEEHY SEMICONDUCTOR products offer includes mainly 32-bit ARM CORTEX microcontrollers (APM32 series) and SoC cryptographic circuits, as well as SoC Bluetooth circuits. These products are mainly dedicatet for the industrial, medical and automotive sectors. Among the GEEHY microcontrollers user we can find worldwide well known companies such as: Philips, IKEA, GM, BMZ, Nestle, Gibson Guitars etc.
APM32 microcontrollers are completely legal, compatible with e. g. STM32 series ST products based on the FFF rule (form-fit-function), allowing flexible implementation of changes in the project with minimum costs. Geehy is an official affiliate of the ARM company.
