MAX22513ATI+ interface chip from Maxim Integrated

Micros offer has been extended with the MAX22513ATI+ interface chip from Maxim Integrated.

The product is characterized by a selectable control interface, a high-performance internal DC-DC Buck controller, two internal linear controllers and highly integrated protection ensuring reliable communication in harsh industrial environments. The DC-DC Buck regulator supplies a load current up to 300mA and has an adjustable output voltage (from 2.5 V to 12 V). Internal linear controllers generate 5 V and 3.3 V, supplying current up to 50 mA. MAX22513ATI+ can be controlled via SPI or I2C interfaces, providing microcontroller flexibility as well as extensive control and diagnostic functions.

It has four IO pins (V24, C/Q, DO/DI and GND) protected against reverse voltage, short circuit and have an integrated overvoltage protection up to ± 1 kV / 500 Ω.
It is suitable for operation in the temperature range from -40°C to + 125°C.
