Microcontrollers to work with inverters in drive systems

The RX13T microcontrollers are the first of their kind with a 32 MHz clock frequency and an internal floating-point computing unit.
In addition, they include a specialized MTU3 timer to control inverter operation, a 12-bit A/D converter, a programmable amplifier, and built-in Flash memory for data, eliminating the need for external EEPROM.
