Micros offer has been expanded with the infrared transmitter SFH465 from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors.

SFH465 is an infrared emitter that provides a very narrow beam angle without the need for a lens. This enables high-intensity light delivery from a compact housing.
Product applications include: infrared lighting for cameras, infrared data transmission, automotive technology and remote control.
The device is available in dimensions: 3.3x2.35x1.7 mm. It works at temperatures from -40°C to + 100°C. The peak wavelength is 850 nm.
