- window blinds and other receivers turned on at sunset and turned off at sunrise or vice versa.

TWILIGHT SWITCHES
are designed to automatically switch the receiver on at the moment of dusk and turned off at dawn, or vice versa (NO, NC contacts). Two independent knobs for setting the switch-on and switch-off thresholds allow for an optimal way to control the lighting.
Independent adjustment of the activation
thresholds corrects the location of the sensor (north, south, east, west) and eliminates the hysteresis that
occurs in standard automatic units. Hysteresis causes switching off the lighting in the morning when the lighting
intensity is higher (2 ÷ 3 times) than the set lighting intensity level at which the lighting was switched on.
This causes an unfavourable extension of the lighting operation time in the morning, which results in an increased consumption of electricity. On the other hand, too little hysteresis means that on cloudy days the lamp may turn on and off with changing weather conditions, which is not recommended, and sometimes even unacceptable for some lamps.
The light intensity sensor has a spectrum similar to that of the human eye, and the adjustment thresholds
have logarithmic characteristics - also similar to the characteristics of the human eye.

are designed to automatically switch the receiver on at the moment dusk falls and shutdowns in the astronomical middle of the night (middle between sunset and sunrise).
The switch-off time can be adjusted ± 2 hours from the middle of the night. The TWILIGHT SWITCH has NO, NC
contacts, so it can also perform the reverse function.
TWILIGHT SWITCHES are designed to control the lighting of: advertisements, shop windows and wherever you can turn off the lighting in the middle of the night, saving electricity.
The light intensity sensor has a spectrum similar to that of the human eye, and the switch-on threshold
adjustment has a logarithmic characteristic - also similar to that of the human eye.
Switching off in the astronomical middle of the night with the possibility of adjustment of ± 2h has the
additional advantage that on sunny (cloudless) days, the lamp is turned off later, and on cloudy days, correspondingly earlier.
Given the increased activity of people on sunny days, this is a favourable phenomenon.
