ATMEGA169PA-AU is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller based on the RISC architecture, designed for high performance and low power consumption. It operates at a frequency of up to 16MHz and offers 16KB of Flash memory, 1KB of SRAM, and 512B of EEPROM. With the integrated picoPower® technology, the microcontroller features ultra-low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-powered and energy-efficient applications.
ATMEGA169PA-AU is equipped with a rich set of peripherals, including a 4-channel LCD driver (up to 25 segments), an 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), two 8-bit timers, and a 16-bit timer with compare and capture mode.
