Detailed description
The chip is made using picoPower technology – the same functionality with lower power consumption. An excellent solution for battery-powered devices.
Key features:
* available program and data memory:
- 64 kB of built-in Flash memory programmable on the chip;
- 2 kB EEPROM;
- 4 kB RAM;
* 32 input/output lines;
* peripheral modules:
- timer/counter modules: two 8-bit and one 16-bit;
- 8-channel 10-bit analog-to-digital converter;
- real-time clock (RTC);
- 6-channel PWM mode;
- analog comparator;
- two fully duplex USART modules
- programmable watchdog with an integrated internal oscillator;
- master/slave serial SPI interface;
- TWI serial interface – compatible with I²C™;
* supply voltage: 2.7V~5.5 V;
* operating temperature: -40°C ~ 85°C;
* for picoPower chips: Power Save mode – power consumption of about 600nA (with the RTC enabled).
