GRAPHIT 33 200ml

CONDUCTIVE COATING

    GRAPHIT 33 is a mixture of pure colloidal graphite, specially selected solvents, and organic binder. This product leaves a conductive coating on non-conductive surfaces.

PROPERTIES

  • Creates a dry, adhering, electrically conductive coating on:
  • - plastics
    - wood
    - glass
    - ceramic surfaces
  • Dry lubricant.
  • The effectiveness of the product and the durability of the coating can be improved by polishing it with a cotton or wool cloth or a polishing disc. Another method for enhancing the coating's durability is baking it in an oven at approximately 90°C.

APPLICATIONS

  • Prevents electrostatic charge buildup on the casings and packaging of electronic devices.
  • Repairs damaged shielding in vacuum tubes.
  • Protects against electrostatic charges in pipe conveyors.
  • Provides conductive properties to plastic and other non-conductive materials coated by electroplating.
