REMOVES OXIDES

KONTAKT 60 cleans contacts by dissolving oxides. It is particularly recommended for regenerating corroded, worn, and dirty contacts. After use, low contact resistance is restored, ensuring minimal voltage drop.

PROPERTIES

• Dissolves oxides on contacts, making them ready for cleaning with KONTAKT WL. In the final stage, KONTAKT 61 is used to protect and lubricate the cleaned contacts.
• Does not react with metals, graphite, carbon materials, thermoplastic materials, thermosetting resins, insulators, or other materials.
• Dielectric substance prevents leakage currents.

APPLICATION

• Maintains contact cleanliness when using AM, FM, and UHF technologies, and wherever electrical contacts require cleaning.
• Removes oxides from all types of metal contacts in RTV services, electronics, and automotive sectors:
• Switches
• Contacts in sockets and plugs
• Processor sockets
