PVB 16 Coating
Universal coating for printed circuit boards.

Fast-drying transparent PVB coating with good insulating properties. It protects printed circuit boards and other components from corrosion, especially those operating under harsh environmental conditions. The coating safeguards the boards from stray currents and short circuits.

Properties:

• Creates a protective and insulating layer that shields against environmental influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, and chemical contaminants;
• Adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces;
• Forms a coating resistant to dilute acids, alkalis, and environmental factors;
• Soldering through the coating layer is possible;
• Prevents sparking and corona discharges;
• Limits electrical breakdown between tracks;
• Maintains transparency and flexibility over time;
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +60°C. Working temperature: -50°C to +150°C. Flashpoint: 380°C.

Applications:

• Insulates and protects a wide range of electronics, printed circuit boards, cables, high-voltage transformers, electric motor windings;
