UNIVERSAL COATING FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS

PLASTIK 70 is a fast-drying, transparent acrylic coating with good insulating properties. It protects printed circuit boards and other components that work in adverse atmospheric conditions. This coating protects PCBs from leakage currents and short circuits. The product is available in two versions (both transparent).

PROPERTIES

• Creates a protective and insulating layer that shields against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, and chemical contaminants.
• Adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces.
• Creates a coating resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and atmospheric factors.
• Soldering is possible through the coating layer.
• Prevents sparking and corona discharge.
• Reduces electrical breakdown between tracks.
• Does not alter transparency or flexibility even after a long period.
• Application temperature range: from -40°C to +60°C.

• Insulates and protects broad electronics, printed circuit boards, cables and wires, high-voltage transformers, and electric motor windings.
