Detailed description

Thermal Conductive Silicone Paste "H" Softpack 0.5g

The paste facilitates heat transfer between electronic components and the heatsink. It is essential for the proper functioning of all types of temperature sensors, protecting against atmospheric effects and preventing breakdowns. It has very good chemical resistance to oxidation, action of aqueous acid, base, and salt solutions, as well as sulfur dioxide and ammonia. The paste has a wide operating temperature range: from –50°C to 200°C.

Properties of Thermal Conductive Silicone Paste "H"

    Density at 20°C: 2.58 g/cm³
    Flash point: 350°C
    Freezing temperature: -50°C
    Refractive index: 1.405
    Specific heat at 50°C: 0.243 Cal/g K
    Thermal conductivity at 0-150°C: 0.88 W/m K
    Dielectric constant at 100 Hz: 4.7 (±0.1)
