Flux TK83 50ml

Liquid, medium-activity flux type 1.1.2/3 A according to ISO 9454-1, alcoholic solution of rosin with the addition of organic activators, maximum soldering temperature 280°C. Total content of solids 24%. Perfect for manual tinning to restore solderability.

Appearance: dark amber liquid
Smell: alcoholic - resinous
Solubility in water: cloudy, only the carrier is soluble, activator is insoluble
Other solvents: most organic solvents
Static activity at 250°C: flowing area of Sn60Pb40 solder 250 mm²
Halogen content: 0.06%
Non-volatile substance content: 24%
Density at 20°C: 0.86 g/cm³

Usage instructions:

Flux can be applied to printed circuit boards using foam application, flux wave, immersion, or by brush. Flux and its residues do not exhibit corrosive effects after soldering, so they do not need to be removed. If removal is necessary, residues should be washed off with PCB cleaner, ethyl alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol.
