SRV05-4HTG TVS

SRV05-4HTG is a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) diode array designed to protect four signal lines from voltage transients such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and current surges. The circuit uses unidirectional diodes that conduct current in one direction, making it an excellent choice for protecting power supply lines and unidirectional signals.

SRV05-4HTG operates at a working voltage of 6V and can dissipate peak power of up to 150W during an 8/20µs pulse. The device complies with IEC61000-4-2 standards, offering protection against surges up to ±20kV for contact discharge and ±30kV for air discharge. With a low input capacitance of 2pF, it does not negatively impact signal integrity, making it ideal for high-frequency applications.

SRV05-4HTG supports pulse currents of up to 10A, ensuring effective protection of sensitive electronic systems. It is available in a compact SOT23-6 package, which facilitates easy mounting on printed circuit boards.
