Detailed description

Transoptor TCST1103 is a precise optoelectronic device characterized by high reliability and versatility. Thanks to its design, where the infrared diode acts as an emitter and the phototransistor as a detector, the transoptor enables effective detection of changes in the measuring gap, which has a width of 3mm.

TCST1103 features a diode forward voltage range of 1.25V to 1.6V at 60 mA current, with a typical junction capacitance of 50pF. At the output, the collector-emitter voltage reaches a maximum of 70V, while the collector current (Ic) does not exceed 100mA, ensuring measurement precision even in low current ranges. With a maximum reverse voltage of 6V and a forward current of up to 60mA, the emitter is highly efficient, and the detector, capable of handling collector currents up to 100mA, guarantees reliability and durability in use.

TCST1103 operates in a wide temperature range from -55°C to +85°C, making it suitable for demanding industrial conditions. Its high resistance to interference and compact design make the TCST1103 an excellent choice for applications such as encoders, counters, and optical switches.
