RT5-433.92 is a hybrid radio transmitter module designed for digital signal transmission with ASK modulation in the 433.92MHz band. The module is equipped with a SAW resonator. To create a complete radio transmitter, only an external encoding circuit needs to be added. The module operates with a supply voltage ranging from 2..14V, typically consuming 3mA of current at a 5V supply, and operates within a temperature range of -25..+80°C. It features a typical output power of 7dBm at a 12V supply voltage (product code 03E68109D). A higher output power version of 50mW is also available (product code 440002920). The Thick Film Hybrid technology ensures excellent frequency stability. The RT5 module is supplied in a SIL package with dimensions of 17.78 x 11.43 mm, suitable for through-hole mounting.
