RXQ3-433 is a multi-channel radio transmitter and receiver module based on the CC1110F32 chip from Texas Instruments. This module operates in the license-free ISM 433MHz band and features a receiver sensitivity of -110dBm and a typical transmitter output power of 10dBm. The module includes a built-in 8051 microcontroller with 32kB of FLASH ISP memory and 4kB of RAM. Communication with a master device is managed via a UART interface. Data transmission can occur at a maximum speed of 500kbps. The module operates with a supply voltage ranging from 2.0V to 3.6V. The current consumption in receive mode is 20mA, while during transmission, current consumption increases to 33mA. In sleep mode, the module typically consumes 0.3μA. The wake-up time from sleep mode and return to normal operation is typically 0.1ms. The product is available in a DIL package with dimensions of 22.86 x 15.24mm.
