Detailed description

RXQ5-433 is a multi-channel radio transmitter and receiver module based on the MRF49XA chip from Microchip. This module operates in the license-free ISM 433MHz band and features a receiver sensitivity of -112dBm and a typical transmitter output power of 7dBm. Communication with a master device is managed via a 4-wire SPI interface. Data transmission can occur at a maximum speed of 256kbps. The module operates with a supply voltage ranging from 2.2V to 3.8V. The current consumption in receive mode is 11mA, while during transmission, current consumption increases to 15mA. In sleep mode, the module typically consumes 0.3μA. The wake-up time from sleep mode and return to normal operation is typically 0.25ms.
