Detailed description
RXQ7-868 is a multi-channel radio transceiver module based on the SI1010 chip from Silicon Labs. This module operates in the license-free ISM band at 868 MHz, offering a receiver sensitivity of -108 dBm and a maximum transmitter output power of 20 dBm. The module features an integrated 8051 microcontroller with 16kB of FLASH ISP memory and 768B of RAM. Communication with the host device is handled through a UART interface. Data transmission can occur at a maximum speed of 256 kbps with FSK modulation or 40 kbps with OOK modulation. The module is powered with a voltage range from 1.8V to 3.6V. The current consumption in receive mode is 18.5 mA, while during transmission, it increases to 85 mA at maximum transmitter power. The product is available in a DIL package with dimensions of 22.86 x 20.32 mm.
