STM32F103RCT6 is a 32-bit microcontroller from the STM32 F1 Mainstream family, featuring an ARM Cortex-M3™ core clocked up to 72 MHz. The standard equipment includes: 256kB of Flash memory, 48kB of SRAM, a set of universal timers, watchdog, three 12-bit A/D converters with a temperature sensor, two 12-bit D/A converters, RC oscillators, a 32kHz oscillator with its own calibration system, supervisory circuits (Power-on Reset, Power-down Reset), and 51 GPIO lines compatible with 5V powered devices.
Communication devices include:
* Five USART interfaces supporting ISO 7816, LIN, and IrDA modes
* Three SPI interfaces up to 18Mb/s, two of which can operate in I2S mode
* Two I2C interfaces supporting SMBus and PMBus
* CAN interface compliant with the 2.0B standard
