MAX823TEUK+T is an efficient 5-pin supervisory circuit for microcontrollers, ideal for applications requiring precise monitoring of the supply voltage and protection against unwanted voltage drops. The circuit monitors the supply voltage and activates the Reset output when the voltage falls below a preset threshold (3.08V). The reset remains in the low state until the voltage returns to a safe level and the time delay is completed. The reset function remains active until Vcc = 1V, ensuring stability during sudden voltage drops.

MAX823TEUK+T features a built-in Watchdog timer that monitors the system’s operation and automatically resets the microcontroller if any irregularities are detected. The circuit also includes a manual reset input that allows external reset initiation, eliminating the need for additional components for the Watchdog or Reset functions.
